Paula Switzer Potter is an expert on relational leadership. She works with companies and organizations to motivate and train upper management to create an exceptional leadership culture and optimize workplace productivity. Paula is a former IBMer and top award winner, and a successful small business owner for over 20 years. She has an M.A. in Human Resources, she is Past President of the Kansas City Chapter for ASTD, a long standing member of the National Speakers' Association, and she received the Entrepreneur of the Year Award for Sales Professionals International in 2011. Paula is also building a successful SendOutCards team throughout the US and mentors others looking for financial freedom and those who want to make a difference in the world. Paula enjoys hiking, spending time with friends and reading a good book. She is a featured author in the book Leadership Defined.
