I'm a holistic health practitioner helping women to thrive during menopause naturally without drugs or added hormones. I believe that with the right cleansing, nutrition, supplements, herbal and emotional healing support, the body can safely and effectively balance its own hormones.

I love helping women resolve their menopause challenges. It's very gratifying work to help someone take back control of their lives.

I have a journalism degree and worked for more than 20 years in corporate public relations, a soul-sucking experience, which I finally left in 2004. At the age of 45 I went back to school and earned my holistic health practitioner diploma. I'm a Reiki Master, aromatherapist, reflexologist and have certificates in herbs and nutrition.

I'm a wife and mother of a 21-year-old son. My husband John and I live in Toronto, Ontario with our cat in a house we love overlooking Lake Ontario.

We love to travel for pleasure to the world's best beaches. We consider ourselves to be 'life-long learners' so we take personal development seminars that usually involve a trip to California!

We have challenging times like everyone does, but overall I'd say we lead a blessed life!.
