I am a licensed psychologist and a member of the Ordre des psychologues du Quebec. I am also a member of the British Psychological Society and the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I have a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology from McGill University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and English from McGill University. I have offered workshops in the areas of career planning, perfectionism and procrastination, and behavioural interventions with special needs. In the public sector, I am a psychologist at Peter Hall School, working with students aged 11-21 who have cognitive and/or physical disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASDs). In addition, I regularly participate in assessments designed to aid in diagnosing ASDs at the West Montreal Readaptation Centre. I also offer psychotherapy through The Montreal Centre for Anxiety and Depression. My previous work settings include Concordia University, CLSC Rene Cassin, and St. Mary's Hospital. I also have experience teaching English as a second language. In my private practice, I serve a multicultural population, and practice using a holistic approach with a focus on emotion-focused and cognitive-behavioural elements.
