Rob Jones is a former international rugby player who represented Wales on 54 occasions, 5 of them as captain. He also represented the British Lions, Barbarians and numerous other representive teams during a 17 year playing career. In 1996 he was awarded an MBE for his services to the game.

Rob has always had a keen interest in self development and relished the opportunities that International and professional rugby gave him. He had the good fortune to listen to and work with some of the UK`s leading sports psychologists and motivational speakers, which gave him a real understanding of how the mind can play a major role in achieving success.

In the past three years, since he finished his professional coaching career, Rob has continued to develop his knowledge of personal development and self improvement and along with his brother Rhodri, have made it their goal in life, to help others realise their lifetime dreams and ambitions.
