What keeps my business successful? I think buyers like to work with me because they feel comfortable with my knowledge of real estate (30 years) and they feel that I am going to find them the right home and at a great price. They just have a great comfort level when they are looking at property. I try to preview all the properties available and only show my buyers properties that are good values and show well. By looking at fewer properties, buyers are not tired and can make a buying decision. The majority of my business comes to me from referrals from past clients.
