I am a Professional Health Coach based in Carmel, CA. I specialize in helping baby boomers successfully deal with their chronic health issues so they may live their most vibrant lives.

Health coaching is the culmination for me of my life long search for what I want to be when I grow up. I believe that this is what I am meant to do; to use the coaching process to help people become healthier humans in a manageable, comfortably paced way.

My work background is in the administrative realm, which helps me run the business end of my coaching practice, but I've been involved with the healthcare field in one way or another for most of my life. From nursing school, to employment in medical practices, to nine years as a Hospice volunteer, including facilitating grief support groups - the healthcare field has always drawn me.
