Kim Ravida, owner and founder of Kim Ravida Coaching, is a Certified Professional Coach and a personal and professional motivation mentor. Kim works with women who want to reach both career success and a happy, balanced home life. Kim helps women make quick decisions, take steps to move forward, and communicate openly and effectively. In essence, she motivates people to stop beating themselves up and helps them get off their butts so that they maximize their time and energy to quickly get what they want in their lives... and love their reflection!

Kim received her coaching certification through iPEC Coaching. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and International Association of Women in Business Coaching. She is an AFAA certified Personal Fitness Trainer, YogaFit Level I & II Instructor and a certified STOTT PILATES® Level I & II Mat Instructor as well as a trained STOTT PILATES® Reformer Instructor. Kim has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and worked in corporate for many years. She knows the building blocks to a fulfilling, satisfying, feel-good life are being healthy, fit and having an open mind - and not being afraid of trying something new.

In addition to enjoying her business, she loves to be in nature with her two dogs - the trails in the woods or the sand on the beach - and traveling with her husband. She is a member of the Nashoba Valley Bernese Mountain Dog Club.
