I am a Registered Nurse (RN) with many years of experience in a variety of medical fields. I write articles about topics related to medicine, surgery, and health using explanations that I believe everyone can understand. I know how easy it is for the layman to get lost in medical jargon. Sometimes people leave the doctor's office more frightened and bewildered than they were when they went in...not because they are of an inferior intellect to the doctor, but because the doctor has talked to them using terms they are not familiar with. Whether we do brain surgery for a living or have a passion for knitting, there are words we use that are familiar to us but not to others. For example, a brain surgeon may talk about spinal pressure or space-occupying lesions with ease but ask him to define the knitter's language of "knit one, purl two" and he will likely be in a fog.

That is what I am trying to accomplish in my articles. I choose to focus on one niche at a time in hopes of exploring an area thoroughly and leaving no aspect uncovered.

If there is something specific you would like for me to cover, drop me a note at and I will see what I can do. I'm on the lookout for topics that people are confused about.

Remember, knowledge is power! Together, we can understand whatever they throw at us! Thanks for following me. Until next time! Read my blog for great information.
