'iron Shirt, Longevity Training and 5 Elements Qigong are among Peter's interests. Area Coach for Grandmaster Yap Leong's HYL (Health,Youth and Longevity) Energiser Programme he is training towards still more advanced Qigong qualifications.

Trained in the U.K. and China Peter would like to share essentials gained via long experience towards enhancing the health, fitness, youthfulness, self-confidence and self awareness of others. Shaolin Fists International and Hoan Lung Quan training programmes and courses, online publication of Kung Fu and Qigong 'secrets' and insghts into Astrology, Feng Shui and other aspects of Chinese culture may, he believes, encourage others to explore these fields. The self-development, health improvement and expanded self-awareness individuals might acquire can, he feels, only benefit themselves, Mankind and the World as a whole.
