James L. Adams was born in Jackson, Mississippi in 1962. He attended Provine High School and transferring to Anaheim Union High in Anaheim, California. After graduation in 1980, he joined the United States Marines Corps and traveled to the Republic of the Philippines, South Korea, Japan, Tinian Island, Hong Kong BBC, and Australia.

James then pursued a life-quest of travel throughout Africa, Europe, India, The Middle East, and South East Asia before returning to the United States where he attended the Columbia School of Broadcasting in Hollywood, California and then obtained his FCC 3rd Class Endorsed Radiotelephone Operator's License in 1985.

James completed internships at KGFJ 1230AM Radio and produced a Talk Radio Show for the American Radio Network in Hollywood, California for KNDI Radio Honolulu, Hawaii and other AM radio affiliates.

He then attended San Bernardino Valley College where he obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Pre-Law. In 1992 James took a post at the oldest FCC licensed broadcasting facility in California, Public Broadcasting Affiliate (PBS) KVCR-TV Channel 24 in San Bernardino, California as the Development Associate until 1998.

In 1998 James attended Dynamic Learning Systems where he received his Computer Technician Certification and received training for the CCNA/CCNP, A+, N+, and Novell CAN/CNE. James owned and operated a small IT business in Southern, California while serving as a Business Systems Analyst at a brokerage-house specializing in foreign currency trading in Beverly Hills, California.

By 2005 James had graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix in time to assist in efforts during Hurricanes Katrina, Wilma, and Rita by providing support as an IT Specialist for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

By 2006, James began working as a Senior IT Project Engineer contracted to Union Pacific Rail Road until 2007. During this period James began his studies at Western International University for the Masters in Business Administration with a major in International Business until June 2009.

Since 2009, James developed an organizational brand called The Global Proletariat® that will cover literary works and web application development and design using Php, MySQL, JavaScript, XML, and Ajax technologies.
