I am an attorney practicing in the State of North Carolina. I graduated from North Carolina State University in 1988, and from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 1993. I served as a judicial clerk to the Chief Justice of the North Carolina Supreme Court upon graduating law school, and I have been practicing civil litigation to the present. I have represented insurance companies and their insureds in personal injury suits, and I have also represented Plaintiffs in such suits. I have handled several areas of law, including litigation, appeals, negligence, product liability, class actions, insurance, business disputes and premises liability. I have taught continuing education courses to insurance professionals and to other lawyers.
