I am a full-time real estate investor and have been involved in real estate since 2000, when I purchased my first investment property, and full-time since January 2005. In the past few years, I have bought and sold more than 150 single-family homes.

I am not a real estate agent. All of the deals with which I've been involved have been my own.

I also do local coaching and training, and have found that many people recognize the value of investing in real estate--some with only their personal homes, others as a way to produce present and future income. Most people simply don't know how to get started, what to do next, or where to get information. That's the purpose of my writing--concise, abundant information.

My goal is to help people on their path to real estate success.
