I grew up in Los Angeles and attended Pomona College, where I graduated cum laude with a degree in Economics. My first job out of college was with Deloitte Consulting as a management consultant, where I got the opportunity to study and analyze a diverse array of companies and industries. Following a three year stint at Deloitte, I attended Harvard Business school. Post HBS I had the following careers in chronological order: 1) Investment banker covering the technology sector at Banc of America Securities 2) an analyst at Security Global Investors, a global long/short hedge fund 3) sell-side research analyst covering the banking sector at Arqaam Capital.

All of these experiences have been instrumental in my development as an investor. However, it was my experience at SGI that has led me to focus on India as a market poised for dramatic growth. I hope to provide value added analysis and insight about not only the Indian market but also the global macro backdrop via the Value Investing India Report
