Dan Acheron

Dan Acheron is an active guitarist, composer, and instructor in St. Louis, Missouri, who specializes in the style of hard rock. Dan's interest in music began at an early age after exposure to a variety of music. This exposure helped develop his strong passion for music and his love to work on a variety of music related projects.

Dan has a number of goals and projects related to music that he is working on. One of his current projects is a compilation CD called "Songs of the Phoenix." "Songs of the Phoenix," was released in February 2012 and it features talented artists from around the world. Dan's single "Get Up" is featured on the CD.

Dan started playing guitar at the age of 16 after receiving a guitar for his birthday. He studied guitar under many guitar teachers in the St. Louis area. Within a year of picking up the guitar, Dan was playing for live audiences. Not too long later, Dan was recording in professional studios. Dan is currently studying under Tom Hess to improve as a musician and to learn more about the music industry.

Dan has a wide rang of influences including: Black Sabbath, Metallica, Guns N' Roses, Ozzy Osbourne, Dream Theater, Avenged Sevenfold, Sixx: A.M., Yngwie Malmsteem, Marty Friedman, Jason Becker, Stevie Ray Vaughan.
