Barbara Mitchell is a Doctor of Clinical Hypnotherapy, Certified Stress Management Consultant and Certified Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). She is the author of , "When You Need a Timeout", a how-to guide for managing stress and creating "me time" in our busy schedules. The book includes a variety of interactive stress-busting exercises and pampering routines to help you recapture your joy of living. Dr. Barbara is a private consultant who helps clients resolve anxiety/emotional burnout, smoking and weight loss issues. She is a member of ABH, IMDHA, IACT, ABNLP, TLTA and IBPA.
