Mary-Montague Sikes

Mary-Montague Sikes holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of Mary Washington. She studied painting, printmaking and sculpture at the College of William and Mary and earned a Master of Fine Arts in painting from Virginia Commonwealth University. Her paintings are in private and public collections in the United States, Canada and the Caribbean.

An award-winning freelance writer and photographer, she is the author of five books and is working on her sixth, a novel set in Trinidad. She and her husband enjoy traveling. They go each March to Jupiter, FL to watch the St. Louis Cardinals in spring training. A sports-lover, she plays tennis and takes three step-aerobics classes each week.
