Joelle K. Jay, Ph. D. is the founding president of the leadership development practice, Pillar Consulting and the author of The Inner Edge: The 10 Practices of Personal Leadership. As an executive coach, speaker and author, Joelle strategizes with business leaders to enhance their performance and maximize business results. She is a trusted advisor to presidents, vice presidents, and C-level executives in some of the biggest and most admired companies in the world, including Google, Apple, Wells Fargo, Intuit, and Microsoft.

Joelle earned her Ph.D. with an emphasis on learning and leadership from the University of Washington. In addition, she has a Master's degree from Boston University, a Bachelor's degree from the University of Nevada, and advanced certification from the International Coach Federation. She is an associate with the Leadership Research Institute and has published dozens of articles, white papers and research reports in the field of leadership development. Her award-winning research is the basis for courses in universities around the world.

Joelle is the chairman of the board for the Nevada Women's Fund as well as an avid skier, enthusiastic traveler, and a perpetual beginner at golf! She and her husband, Tim, live in Nevada with their sons, Jackson and Morgan.
