As a former Royal Marines Commando, I am no stranger to a challenge. However I've found that some of the biggest challenges I've faced have come from outside of the forces. I've successfully ceased smoking, mastered my weight and have implemented successful change from military to civilian life, to name but a few.

Having left the Marines I now dedicate my attention to assisting people with making meaningful change in their lives. Having qualified as a REP's Level 3 Personal Trainer my passion is weight loss and wellness, I aim to help others live a healthier, happier life.
