Jason Neufeld earned his Bachelor's of Arts degree from Emory University and obtained his Juris Doctorate and Masters of Business Administration (JD / MBA) degrees from the University of Miami.

While in law school, Jason was an award-winning member of UM's Moot-Court Board.

Prior to joining the personal injury law firm of Neufeld, Kleinberg & Pinkiert, PA, Jason worked as corporate counsel for the largest marina and office-building real-estate developer in the State of Florida, As corporate counsel, Jason learned the art of the deal while assisting in multi-million dollar acquisitions and regularly negotiating with various government agencies, municipalities, and opposing counsel. Jason has also clerked for Judge Shahood in the Fourth District Court of Appeal.

Jason is treasurer of the North Dade Bar Association; and member of the Florida Justice Association, Emerge Broward, Aventura Marketing Council, and the North Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce.

Jason was honored with a proclamation ("Jason Neufeld Day") from North Miami Beach Mayor Rabin in 2007 for his civic activism. In 2012, Jason was named as on of Florida Trend Magazine's "Legal Elite Up and Comers."

Jason on the Board of Directors for 2-1-1 Broward (2011-present), a non-profit organization that connects the residents of Broward County to one or more of the 3000 potential programs and services that can offer relevant help or support with the caller's specific need. He is also an advisory board member of the Kindness and Caring Foundation of Florida.
