Zaghnol - A Collector's Choice

People have different types of interests. Some like to collect stamps, coins and paper money, some collect paintings and portraits, while some collect antique artifacts. If you are an artifact collector who loves to add antique weapons to his collection, then you must have a look at the collector's item discussed in this article. In addition, even if you are not a collector, it is a great item to be kept as a decoration that has a rich part of history attached to it. This special battle weapon was used around 600 years ago. It was usually made in Asia and was used in many battles. It is called the "Zaghnol."

The Zaghnol was developed in the 1400s as a type of weapon and it was extensively used in the battles. It is an authentic battle weapon that warriors used to pierce the helmets of their enemies, break their brains in through the armor, and maim them. The Zaghnol is a type of battle-axe. It is actually a type of double-headed axe, which has a pointed blade on one side of the handle that could be used to pierce helmets and armor, as well as a broad blade on the other side of the handle used to maim and cut the enemy by using brute force.

It is approximately 22.5 inches in length and is considered an arm's length style of weapon. The handle of the axe, which was mostly made of steel, was extensively carved by skilled workers of that era. The steel was very hard to carve and it took a lot of effort and skill to accomplish. Hence, it takes a lot of time to complete such carvings.

How exciting and awe-inspiring it could be to have a battle weapon in your home as a decoration. All your guests will take note of it and be impressed and will ask about it. There are not many of these weapons that have been preserved in good condition without any breakage.. It is an artifact from the bygone era of kings, battles and the hard life of battle worn warriors. Placed into your home, it will be amazing. It would definitely catch the eye of anyone who walks into your living room. There are many antique lovers longing to have such an antique piece of art in their collection.

Hence, the Zaghnol is considered as a collector's item and every antique lover and collector wants to get their hands on one of them.
