Always remember the idea of "self-help" even if we seek some help from others while healing self. It is sometimes correct that when something seems too good to be true, it isn't what it appears to be. On the other hand, with regards to something which would seem straightforward like sitting quietly alone and accessing the subconscious mind for answers, direction and emotional, mental and physical change, it's all as true as the air we breath or the ground we walk on. And like the law of gravity, we don't have to know the way it works but realize that it does. Belief is certainly a potent factor. Imagine how limited everyone was when beliefs got in the way of total realities. The earth never was flat, left handed people were not witches but if you believe it to be so, it will be, at least to you, regardless what anyone says. So let yourself take part in what's been available since man has been around, the strength of the mind and live happier and much healthier than before.
