Simple Ways to Defeat Bad Thoughts

Do you go from one obligation to another lost in a series of "have to's? When making choices in our lives, usually the "most alive choices" feel like a risk. Often our inner thoughts run the show, and we use a lot of language using the words "have to" "should" and I'd better. I'm here to help you learn to look beyond the old messages of "I have to" and the "what if's"; and instead look to create true happiness in your life.

This can be the beginning of a new life for you. Let's write a new story about your life and create a plan to make it happen! Take the happiness quiz, and give me a call to make some significant changes in your life.

So I ask you what are the thoughts that are holding you back from the life that you want? It is a fact that the way you think about your life and your circumstances, determines your reality. Your subconscious mind accepts your thoughts and perceptions as a fact. Then your mind starts to look for evidence to support these facts.
